Hi guys,
I am on a Developer Subscription and am able to see the download links to ArcGIS Enterprise (Linux).
However, when i try to download any items, it opens a page and displays:
success false
Am i missing something or is the My Esri Downloads site down?
Thanks in advance.
Hello! I bought a nonprofit Online Pro license recently. However, when I ran into problems, I went to contact ESRI and they said I wasn't the authorized official, even though it's my account that the license is registered under. I saw the "if this is an error send a message to request permission from the authorized official". However, the message went to me...who is the authorized official. Any suggestions on how to get out of that loop??
my license expired on end of the year 2022(it was not supposed to though)
I was enrolled in the online course in Nov 2022 and this course comes with access to a 1-year Single Use, student
(noncommercial) license for ArcGIS. technically it should expire on nov 2023.
I am unable to authorize again and i don't have authorization number
I tried these steps
I went on Arcgis administrator and authorize from there but it was asking for authorization number, i don't have it.
I also deauthorized and uninstalled and reinstalled arcgis again. I was asked to authorize it and I don't have the authorization number.
Is anyone else having this issue today? We have downloaded a lot of software from the old my.esri pages in the past, but the new website leads me to this page "{"success":false}"
We have tried multiple browsers, incognito, cleared cache, different laptops...
I have a ticket open
I have an organization on My ESRI, when I invite users to access ESRI Academy training, they are active in my dashboard, however these users are not authorized to access training.
Please diagnose this problem for me.
Hello all,
We have our ArcGIS license manager on a computer where only our colleagues from the system administrator group have administrative privileges.
Whenever we want to view the license usage we have to ask them for help.
I would like to know if there exists a possibility to view the license usage as a non administrator through ArcPY script or view the license usage from another computer which has administrative privileges?
Thanks all,

I am the license administrator for my organization. On the Licensing, Authorizations, and Activity reports, we have licenses that were cancelled, but are still being used. Is there a process of reinstating these license to show that they are still in use?
I've searched this community and can't seem to find a best answer. What are the recommended permissions to grant for a general GIS user? I typically just allow view training information, access e-learning, view event and view technical information. Are there any others?
I was trying to generate JSON License file from My ESRI for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.0. I couldn't see any other user types licenses to include like (Mobile Workers, EDitor). I can see in 10.9.1. Do i need to cancel existing licensing file to include it on 11.0?
All, the My Esri downloads page is currently unavaiable due to a timeout issue. The team is currently troubleshooting and I will keep this thread updated when the problem is resolved. Apologies for the inconvenience.

it seems that the license manager 2021.1 not honor the download language but honor the OS Language.
I tried to download from myesri the installation setup of the license manager 2021.1 chosing 'English as a language'. (i need to use this language)
After the installation , the user interface of the application appears in 'Italian Language'.
I tried to change the Language of the OS , setting in English and the License manager appears localized in English , but this is not correct.
It seems then the License Manager don't HONOR The Download Language but The OS Language.
How i can download the 'English' setup without changed the OS Language?
NB: i tried also to perform another test , downloading in French language , after installation the language is always the same of the OS .
Is it a BUG or is it the correct operation?
Hi everyone,
I am trying to login to My Esri. It's saying I need a token, which I do not have. I have requested permission, and I got an email saying my permissions request was received by the administrator. However, I am the administrator and I haven't received anything. Where do I look and how do I grant permissions? Nothing is in my email, or in my arcgis online account. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
How do you download ArcGIS Desktop onto a Macbook Pro?
Hi,
I have logged out of my organization on the My esri account by mistake, and I can't reconnect again, because I need a 36 character Token. I sent the request permissions many times, but I did not receive any email.
Please I would to re-connect my Customer Number to my organisation in My esri account.
I lost all the permissions that I had, like I can't download software and so more...
Thank you.
Laptop: ArcGIS Pro 2.8.3 - Concurrent Standard, Windows 10
Virtual Server: Server 2016, ESRI License Server Administrator 2021.0
Spent a couple days on this issue on my own and with ESRI support. I have all my ESRI licenses authorized on the license server, but I don't see any licenses available in ArcGIS Pro when I go to "configure your license options". I'm able to ping the license server from my laptop, and I'm able to ping my laptop from the license server. I have not received any error messages. I've also followed the bulletin on how to configure my firewall on the server: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/license-manager/latest/configure-the-arcgis-license-manager-to-work-through-a-firewall.htm
I had this somewhat working when I was at 2.8.2 and using license manager 2020.1. I would like to avoid having to downgrade my installations. ESRI support gave me a temp license to use until they figure it out. I know I can install license server on my laptop as a temp solution, but I want to do this the correct way.
UPDATE 9/23/2021 12:33PM Eastern: I tried running license server on my laptop, and Pro still does not show any concurrent licenses. Did not receive any error messages. I think my next step is reinstalling Pro.
Does anyone know a how-to guide about SAML logins to My Esri with
ArcGIS Online?
I have read this page: Configure SAML logins.
https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/saml-logins.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_34010C99BA044BBE9A9EC95B090C764D
I understand how do I set up SAML logins with ArcGIS Online. Our end user uses Shibboleth, so we finished setting up it.
Also, When I activate 'Enable Esri Access'for accounts in ArcGIS Online(in Step 3-f), these accounts are available for accessing My Esri.
Is this right steps below in order to access My Esri after an user set up SAML logins with ArcGIS Online, isn't it?
Steps:
1.An administer in My Esri organization invites users to My Esri organization (by Curtomer ID).
2.Users receive the token and activate it in My Esri.
If someone know more simple step to acccess My Esri with SAML logins, I'd like you to tell me it.
Regards,
Rina
As discussed on this thread for Esri Community //www.gobook3.com/t5/community-feedback/can-we-have-a-geonet-dark-mode-or-change-graphical/m-p/1001106#M31
Same request for my.esri.com.
Is there a new workflow to make a .prvs file I can use on multiple desktops (each checking out a single-use license of course).
Hi,
When a Single Use license is licensed using an eslf file (esri secure license file) with a TimeOut date on the license (not on the file) reach the TimeOut date and therefor will stop working at that specific date, will the license be returned to the license pool on My Esri?
Kind Regards,
