Creating Scene from CSV problem: Unable to identify latitude and longitude fields from the CSV file

按this article, I'm able to create a map that gets its data directly from a published CSV file.

But when I try to do the same thing for a science, I get this Error:
Unable to identify latitude and longitude fields from the CSV file

This bug was apparently fixed for Maps in November:

But I need it for a scene! Any advice?
