I completely agree on this one. Emergency information should have as many modalities of communication as possible. Emergency management is rapidly embracing maps to communicate both internally and externally to the public. FEMA's Administrator Deanne Criswell presented at this year's (2022) UC conference, making this a good time to resurrect this idea. I'm sure FEMA would be a very enthusiastic partner on this! On the ESRI side, this particular idea would be best implemented by the esri_livefeeds2 who can handle both real-time as well as a the historical repository aspect to this idea.

Will it ever be possible to reset the kernel in Pro without having to restart the entire application (like you can in hosted Notebooks)? Its so inefficient if I need to run the Notebook multiple times. I find this one thing incredibly frustrating.

Thanks @jcarlson.!! Yeah, I'm not sure why our system admins don't have hosted notebooks enabled (I'll ask now!).

Would anyone be willing to share that notebook? As mentioned, I don't have hosted notebooks and the link doesn't work for me. Also, a way to implement this idea is through ArcGIS Knowledge. @ClayDonaldsonSWCA, @jcarlson, - When I try clicking on the link, I get the following: I think it is because I don't have hosted notebooks. Is there anyway you can export it and share the python code or share as a .ipynb file here?

Simple question. I'd like to build a survey that allows users to annotate different maps (pre-built web maps with different layers), based on their answer to a previous question. Is this workflow possible? If so, how? It seems like you can only annotate image questions, and while you can define the body::esri:style method as "map", you can't define what map to use.

I was so impressed by this DevSummit 2022 Plenary application of using Knowledge to provide high visibility of Enterprise content and relationships, that I think this needs to be an out of the box solution of ArcGIS Knowledge - no setup of webhooks, python, or notebooks needed. I also talked to several at the Knowledge booth at the UC and several thought this was a great idea. Since the inception of web GIS , I have had questions such as, "who\what\where is impacted if I delete this service?" "What happens downstream if X happens?" Knowledge solves this problem and it would be wonderful if this was a out of the box solution that came with the platform without too much setup needed. It would be preferable to have a option for this to work with both Enterprise and ArcGIS Online as a lot of organizations have both, and obviously the Graphs would need to stay in sync with content changes. So many people I know when I explain this idea say, "Yes, I need that." It would certainly make my life easier.

When will recorded sessions from UC2022 be available? It appears only events which were livestreamed have a link to the video. But every event that I have clicked on that is supposed to be recorded, there is no link to a video. See below for an example. Please advise. Thanks. Verses:

I just got back from the 2022 ESRI UC. It was great to be back with everyone. In the plenary, an example was shown using the brand new world wide 3D building OSM (OpenStreetMap) service combined with imagery and SURE processing to create an incredible 3D\Digital Twin of a city. I tried for the entire conference to find out more info about this incredible example. No one from ESRI who was there seemed to know how it was done, so I'm turning to the community. So overall I have two questions. Can we please clarify what SURE for ArcGIS actually is (or going to be)? There is an entire product page site about SURE but details are scarce. The only answer I could get was that it is the "engine" under Site Scan and Drone2Map. What was shown in the plenary did not use these (I think). And second question, does anyone have details on how the plenary example was done?
