Luke - per my discussions with the Pro Dev Team, they said that "coming in 1.2, customers can request to use Single Use, Concurrent Use, or Named Users. In fact, customers don't have to wait until their maintenance times out to request the appropriate license for their site." A blog post has not been written yet but there will be in the near future - so soon. Hope this helps.

Michael - another suggestion. Is your data being stored in a multiuser geodatabase? From my research, there could be a version with invalid geometries. If so, delete the features. Delete the spatial grid index. Recreate a new spatial grid index. Recalculate the spatial extent of the feature class.

Depending on how the original numbers are represented, the field calculations would be pretty easy as documented here - Converting degrees-minutes-seconds values to decimal Ddegree values—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop From there, you could add it as an XY Event Layer in ArcMap and export it to a new feature class.

By chance, are you projecting on the fly with your layers in the data frame? For example, you're dataframe coordinate system is WGS1984 while the layers are in your local state frame? If so, then this may explain the issue you're seeing.

You're welcome Matt. To clarify the "may request" - if a customer chooses not to renew their maintenance, no problem. The customer would contact My Esri/Customer Care Portal and download the release locked Pro license to continue using Pro. As this information has been public for many months, I highly doubt Esri would go back upon it. Caveat - I do not work for the Esri Pro Dev Team and am an Esri ArcGIS Pro/Desktop/ArcSDE Instructor. This is what I've been able to ascertain from conferences, discussions with the Pro Team, etc... With regard to investing workflows in Pro, you can run parallel workflows in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro concurrently. If and/or when you choose to switch to ArcGIS Pro is up to you and your organization. Hope this clarifies my comments.

Graeme - No public announcement per se but at the 2015 International Users Conference, ArcGIS Pro presenters in the Technical Workshops mentioned new licensing options for Pro 1.2 (scheduled for Q1 2016). Concurrent licensing - uses same/similar ArcGIS License Administrator as ArcMap. SIngle Use License - if you discontinue maintenance, a user may request a release locked standalone license for Pro. Pro will not be eligible for updates. It will open *.aprx's and be locked to that release where maintenance was discontinued. One would still have access to ArcGIS Online/Portal services.

According to Support Services research, it's a bug: BUG-000085475 : Exporting feature data to Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) causes ArcScene to stop responding in ArcGIS for Desktop 10.3. NIM066739 : Export to VRML gives an empty file when the multipatch created is from an external 3D file.

Labels are a property of a layer from the Table of Contents that is stored in the ArcMap *.mxd document. It's not stored in the geodatabase. Geodatabase annotation on the other hand is a feature class in the geodatabase as the other responder has mentioned and if feature linked uses a Relationship Class to maintain that link. It's best to manage all mxd's and geodatabase using the Catalog Window and not Windows Explorer. Hope this helps!

Another source is the USDA Geospatial Data Gateway at https://gdg.sc.egov.usda.gov/ Search by State, then County. From there, download NAIP imagery for use locally on your computer.

Gabriel - I'd recommend the following two items to resolve this issue. - Rename the ESRI folder to ESRI_old in the registry editor location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ESRI (To open the registry, type 'regedit' in the search window in the start menu.) - Rename the ESRI folder to ESRI_old in windows explorer. (C:\Users\UsrProfile\AppData\Roaming\ESRI) Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck!
