Anybody found solution? Thanks, -U Hi All, I'd like to add an overview map to my map but in all of the samples using overview maps that I've seen, the overview map pans and zooms (albeit at the specification ratio compared to the main map). I don't want this behavior. Is it possible to "lock" the background of the overview map to a specified extent and have just the main map's map extent move around? I want my overview map to show the full extent of my State Layer and just have the representation of the main map's map extent move around. We are using Javascript API 3.1 Thanks, -U

It is working after changing the code as below. m_mapPoint[0] = new esri.geometry.Point(4804172, 753352, new esri.SpatialReference({ wkid: 26712 })); var params = new esri.tasks.ProjectParameters(); // add array of points params.geometries = m_mapPoint; // Output Spatial Reference in lat/long (wkid 4326) params.outSR = new esri.SpatialReference({wkid: 4326}); // run callback once the geometry service returns the reprojected results. gsvc.project(params, callback, errback); Thankyou very much. Hi All, I have requirement to convert UTM NAD 1927 Northing (4804172), Esting(753352) to Geographic coordinatesystem(Degrees Minutes, Seconds). Iam doing like below m_mapPoint[0] = new esri.geometry.Point(4804172, 753352, new esri.SpatialReference({ wkid: 26712 })); var geogPt = esri.geometry.webMercatorToGeographic(m_mapPoint[0]); gsvc.project([geogPt], outSRgc83, convrtCord83); when I project the point I am getting result as NaN. But It's equivalent DMS should be 42 21' 58.42'', 107 52' 29.28'' and map point should be 42.5698, -107.5229 Please help me how to resolve it. Thanks, Uday

你好,我写了下面的有限公司de to get the feature count. I have declared m_featCount as global variable, and assigning value to it in getStateCount(featureSet) function and calling this function in twnqueryTask.execute(). In getStateCount() funciton, m_featCount value showing perfectly. When I try to access the variable m_featCount in another function MyLogic() or GetState(evt), I am getting null value. I can write my logic in getStateCount() function, but I need the value of m_featCount variable throughout the application. Please help me how resolve this issue. var m_featCount; function GetState(evt) { var twnqueryTask = new esri.tasks.QueryTask("http://myserver/WSIPL/rest/services/myservice/MapServer/3"); var twnquery = new esri.tasks.Query(); twnquery.returnGeometry = true; twnquery.outFields = ["LNDKEY", "SECTIONKEY"]; twnquery.geometry = evt.mapPoint; twnqueryTask.execute(twnquery, getStateCount); } function getStateCount(featureSet) { m_featCount= featureSet.features.length; } Function MyLogic() { if(m_featCount>0){ // I will write my logic here but in this function Iam getting featCount = 'undefined' } else { // I will write my logic here } } Thanks, Uday

Try using var ext = new esri.geometry.Extent({"xmin":((parseFloat(arr.X)) - 1000, "ymin":(parseFloat(arr.Y) - 1000),"xmax": (parseFloat(arr.X) + 1000), "ymax":(parseFloat(arr.Y) + 1000), "spatialReference":{"wkid": 3414}}); map.setExtent(ext);

Dear Sarthak Datt, I have followed the same steps as mentioned in "Managing custom widgets", Widget is added sucessfully in App Builder. But when I click on widget (in app builder preview) it is not functioning. Thanks, Uday Uday, Just wanted to confirm if you have looked at: Managing custom widgets From the previous link I mentioned-"Starting with version 3.0, it is possible to add and remove custom widgets from application builder. A dialog box is provided to make adding and removing custom widgets as simple as the click of a button. For more information on adding custom widgets into application builder, see Manage custom widgets."
