我们would also like to see the option to create a multi-page report of selected features without requiring a custom widget. This functionality is available in Geocortex, and may be possible in Web AppBuilder as a custom geoprocessing service accessed using the Geoprocessing widget, but it is not possible out-of-the-box in either Web AppBuilder or Experience Builder. Through this, we uncovered the following limitations: The Web AppBuilder (WAB) Select widget is not integrated with the Print widget, based on this documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/latest/create-apps/widget-select.htm The WAB/Experience Builder Print widget does not allow users to select features as input inside of the widget, based on https://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/latest/create-apps/widget-print.htm The only out-of-the-box (OOTB) way to use a selection to generate a PDF map series in AGOL WAB would be to use the Geoprocessing Widget. This would require writing new GP script, publishing GP Service, configuring widget. Etc. Note, this is not an option for Experience Builder. There is not an Experience Builder Select widget that is integrated with the print widget There is not a Geoprocessing widget in Experience Builder. It looks like it is on the long-term Experience Builder roadmap though

我们attempted to implement a multi-page PDF report and wanted to submit our findings: Implementing the custom Parcel Report to print a multi-page PDF of selected features like the one in Geocortex will require a custom widget, similar to the Geoprocessing widget in Web AppBuilder. The Coordinates widget is not functional on a phone or small layout. It doesn’t display coordinates as the cursor moves and doesn’t allow you to click a point on the map to see its coordinates. It should at least allow you to click a point on the map to see its coordinates.

The buttons that are built into the map cannot be styled like other widget buttons. For example, we would like to set the background and foreground colors of these buttons to have a dark background and light foreground to match the rest of the design.

There is no way to remove commas from a numeric field in the Table widget. Commas can be removed from the same fields in the List widget. Other users have discussed this issue at How to remove comma separator in Experience Builder table. Esri has a bug for this, BUG-000152331: The thousand separators are not honored by the Table.., but as of December 2022, it was not included in any release schedule.

In an Experience Builder site showing parcels and address points which contains a Search widget and a List widget, our client would like to be able to search for address points in the Search widget and filter the parcel list (List widget) to show the parcel intersecting the selected address point. For example, if you search for “350 E Dahlia Ave” and select the result, the parcel list should filter to show the one parcel intersecting 350 E Dahlia Ave. This does not appear to be possible in Experience Builder without customization. The record selection actions connect trigger data (e.g. address points) to action data (e.g. parcels) based on attribute values, but not spatial values. There is no common field between the address points (in an address locator) and the parcels feature service. We would like to see spatial relationships as an alternative way to connect trigger data to action data. Esri Support said it's unlikely that Experience Builder will support a spatial search between two layers. They suggested using the Query widget (choose parcels in the set query, then spatial filter option, and geometry from map then use the drawn graphic as shown below), but it did not provide the necessary functionality.

It would be helpful to open the List widget by default to show the results of a search. When opening the List widget, the search results should move to align with the search box. From discussions with Hannah McGinnis from Esri, developers may be creating a Conditional widget.

When zooming to a selected feature is possible, the map zooms to the exact edges of the feature, with no way to add a buffer. It would be helpful to be able to set a percentage buffer when zooming to a feature. This expands on the idea suggested in //www.gobook3.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder-ideas/improve-zoom-level-customization-options/idi-p/1208354.

当特征选择的搜索结果or attribute table, the zoom to and flash/outline behavior is erratic for different layers and screen sizes. Selecting any point, line, or polygon feature is supposed to zoom to it, style it with the configured symbology, and flash it in yellow (the color cannot be changed). Creating an Experience Builder site with parcels, address points, and neighborhood subdivisions which are included in the map and in the Search and Table widgets, this behavior is inconsistent across the layers and screen sizes: Select Search Result (Desktop layout) Selecting a parcel filters the layer on the map, hiding the other parcels, even though there is no filter action in the search widget Selecting a subdivision zooms to and flashes the feature, but does not outline it Select a Search Result (Mobile layouts) Selecting a parcel filters the layer on the map, hiding the other parcels, even though there is no filter action in the search widget Selecting any feature does not zoom to, flash, or outline it Select a Feature from the Table (Desktop layout) Selecting a parcel zooms to the feature and outlines it in the specified symbology, but does not flash it in yellow Selecting an address number zooms to the wrong location (0,0) and does not outline it Selecting a subdivision zooms to the feature, but does not flash or outline it When features are outlined, they use a thin line, not the thick line specified We suggest the following enhancements: Zoom to, highlight, and, and flash behavior should be consistent for all layers and screen sizes. Highlight should honor the configured symbology. Users should be able to configure the flash symbology and not be limited to bright yellow.

I agree, @RTPL_AU, this is poor UX design that wastes time. Of course, the calculations are also significantly slower, so I think this should absolutely warrant bug creation. Please log this as its own idea so it doesn't get lost.

Esri used to publish UC, Developer Summit, and What's New videos to YouTube to the ArcGIS and Esri Events channels. For example: //www.gobook3.com/t5/arcgis-production-mapping-questions/uc2021-technical-sessions-now-on-youtube/m-p/1123876 Accessing videos on YouTube made it easy to keep up-to-date about new Esri technology on a desktop, tablet, or phone and was a great supplement to the Esri documentation, which usually does not include demo videos or screenshots. Beginning this year, most videos are now only published to https://mediaspace.esri.com/, or https://esri.com/video where it's harder to search for content. Can you please publish the videos to YouTube again?

Web AppBuilder的选择小部件允许您决定e which layers are available to select and which selection tools are available. In Experience Builder, the Select tool can only be turned on or off from the map. Once the Select tool is enabled, there are no options to choose which layers are selectable or modify which selection methods are available. The only way to select a feature from one layer is to turn off all of the other layers. Once features are selected, it’s not possible to interact with the Selected Features count at the bottom right. It displays the number of features, but it’s not clickable, so there’s no way to see or export the selected features without using other widgets.
