@WarrenDean - I understand this has been resolved - I've just tested with Australia and some other countries, too. The Location Type dropdown is populating. Regards, Chris

We have seen an error when logging in to Survey123 within make with the below. {"message":"The request failed due to failure of a previous request.","code":"SC424","suberrors":[{"message":"[] ","name":"RuntimeError"}],"debug": You will need to allow your firewall/cloud settings to whitelist US or EU IPs (depending on which make server your account is with. I hope this helps someone encountering the same.

Hi @OsayabaOdaro If you're in Australia, you'll need to speak to the sales team who will be able to assist with information and pricing regarding the upgrade of the license. https://esriaustralia.com.au/sales-and-services-enquiry

Hi @OsayabaOdaro Are you able to check the license level that you're using there? A license is required to sign in to Business Analyst Web App . There are two types of Business Analyst Web App licenses: Standard and Advanced. To view your assigned license level, sign in and expand the Account details drop-down menu. I note this because the Suitability Analysis workflow (including run analysis) is only available to users with a Business Analyst Web App Advanced license. I hope this helps. Regards, Chris

Hi Troy and others, Just following up (as noted in case 03096478) that this is currently a known limitation of Survey123. It has been documented in BUG-000141310 - The ArcGIS Survey123 field app only displays one polygon section of a multipart polygon on the map after refreshing the map from the inbox. Currently, ArcGIS Survey123 and the XLSForm standard only support single-part geometry objects; multiple parts only display the first part specified. Kind Regards, Chris

@AlisterBeran - as noted in the support case. We have an enhancement created for this - ENH-000147410 - Survey123 Reports could be enhanced by allowing for the printing of maps and images within an iterator or repeat section. Regards, Chris

@Hegik Thanks for the response, this is interesting. My understanding of GGA is that the first elevation (in red in your example) is the Orthometric Height, and the second value (in green) is the geoid-ellipsoid separation. Field Maps shouldn't be reporting that green/separation value as the elevation in the app, but it is correct in storing the red/orthometric value as the height. If you are able to verify that the value displayed on the screen in Field Maps is that green value, then that would point to an issue with Field Maps. If you're able to verify that figure is orthometric height, rather than geoid-ellipsoid separation, I'd be looking at the receiver as the source of the issue as it's constructing the NMEA incorrectly. I hope this makes sense, I'm curious as to what's occurring here - please let me know how you go. Chris
