My ArcGIS Pro program features exporting to a pdf and table. How does the user print from their local machine? I am missing something that allows the user to print anything from within the AWS Appstream portal while using ArcGIS Pro.

> What does it mean when a Username in a system log parser output is given as "Anonymous User?" > At first I though it was just an indicator that a publicly available service was accessed by...a member > of the public. But in the report I ran recently I have Anonymous User listed as an accessor for > internal services. Hi ZachBodenner, If an ArcGIS Enterprise internal service is shared to Everyone (public) and is accessed without the member actually logging in, the user entry in the log is typically just anonymous. Other log entries (which SLP might use based on the analysis being performed, like wait time, instance creation time, arrival time, etc...) may alternatively list, Anonymous user. But for case of the "Statistics By User" worksheet, I usually just see anonymous listed for non-authenticated entries. There also some one-off user entries that I cannot directly explain...other than SLP is just reporting on what is in the logs. For example, some user entries are listed as: 0123456789abcdef::[username] or null. The alpha-numeric listing in front of the user account is not seen often and I believe is just observed with a few services. The 'null' entry is another version of anonymous...but isolated to just one or two particular services. Hope that helps.

Where do you store your ArcGIS Pro documents and toolboxes? Are those also on Sharepoint or the fileshare? Our org is moving to a sharepoint data storage model and we already use FGDB for our data along with HFL in Portal and AGO for our data. Non GIS formatted files on sharepoint is fine but I'm testing moving Pro docs and toolboxes to sharepoint now and finding it to cause issues with links between Pro and toolboxes.

Yes, the software that's talking directly to the enterprise geodatabase should be as physically close as possible to eachother. So if your eGDB is in the cloud, your Pro users that directly connect to the eGDB need a VDI in the same cloud and region.

Yes, I originally scripted against the CLI for SLP 0.11.3.0, and when this issue came up I downloaded 0.12.8.0 which appears to be the latest available unless I'm missing something. I'm unable to read the Linux logs when they're copied down to my Windows machine with either version - same error from the screenshot above.

Hey Thanks Jacob, you were correct - Got it answered in a reply to the post below and at very bottom link (below). MFA can be done with AGOL using your own SAML basically. //www.gobook3.com/t5/esri-software-security-privacy-blog/protect-your-assets-use-multi-factor/bc-p/1084160#M95 https://trust.arcgis.com/en/documents/Organization-Specific%20Logins%20FAQ.pdf

We've pushed out an update on March 8, 2021. Please re-download and let us know the result. If you are having further issues, please use the ArcGIS Server (FS) button and point the tool at the file location of your logs.

I'm having this same problem, but specifically concerning a large hydropower dam on the Coca River in Ecuador. All ESRI satellite imagery of the area is from 2013, before the dam was even built! Can you tell me where you search for imagery services, and how to add them as a basemap? Thanks, Jeremy
